Choose your symbol. Place it on a flat surface in front of you, in soft light.
Choose the Stone
Take the stone paired with your symbol and hold it for a minute, breathing calmly.
Placing the Stone
Place the stone at the centre of the symbol, then let your gaze move from the stone to the lines around it.
